You may have caught some of our discussion about the legendary Jack Thompson on last week’s podcast. David met the guy at “Screw Attack” and came away with some surprisingly nice things to say about him. When he returned, he posted some photos on our facebook account. Nick, I hate to nitpick, but Screwattack is one word (because of the probability of being sued by Nintendo) and it’s the Screwattack Gaming Convention, not Screw Attack. Just thought I would put that out there. Other than that, it’s cool to see that photo was chosen.

Am I the only one who thinks Thompson has aged by several decades in the past few years? He looks almost in his late 60s now. It has to be the hair. Has to be.
Man, it annoys me how this world isn’t as black and white as it could be. Thompson doesn’t seem like a man who you can truly hate once you know more about him (Unless you’re that 13 yr old who’s ventured into the world of the internet, and think meme’s and Uncyclopedia are the height of humor). He’s only human. And he isn’t completely full of shit as people make him out to be. But I still have to disagree with the man heavily, and still don’t approve of some of his activities. He’s like Marc Griffin who invented BulletBall. You feel for the guy, can almost relate to him, know they’re trying to help others, but Goddamnit, you just know what they’re doing is beyond all logic and comes off as pathetically pathetic.
