Thieves work quick when they get a new toy. So is the story with the 3DS which has already been hacked after being on the market for only ONE day. The people who violated the sweet and succulent holes of the system have gladly uploading videos of the act onto youtube for all to see.

Since the hack is using R4 cards, however, this has nothing to do with the 3DS side of things...so for right now these people can only use pirated DS games. Stay tuned tomorrow when the 3DS end gets a good shivving as well.

This doesn't really count as a hack, does it?

The 3DS is only doing what it's supposed to do: Being backwards compatible.

"violated the sweet and succulent holes"

Um. Never did I imagine an article about a handheld game console could leave me in this awkward state of somewhat shameful arousal. Thanks a lot, Joseph. :(

Isn't N's big point on the 3DS that its constantly online and checking for hacked data and unauthentic games? kinda like SONY remotely turning off hacked PS3s?
