SNK has begun releasing arcade titles from their retro-vault as part of a minis collection for the PSP on the PlayStation Store. These minis titles are described as "a commemorative 'retro-arcade emulation' project that allows players to enjoy a outstanding collection of action, shooting, platform and puzzle titles."
The first set of eight titles includes SNK arcade titles "Athena," "Ikari Warriors," (a personal favorite of mine on the NES) and "Guerrilla War," along with a number of lesser known titles as well, all for the low price of $2.99.
The project looks to be ongoing and more releases will be announced on the NeoGeo Facebook page as they're made available.

Ikari Warriors? Holy crap I used to play that game way too much. My brother and I would co-op it and somehow get one of our guys glitched into a wall. It made them invulnerable, but it tended to break the game later down the road. I'm pretty sure that was the NES version so I'm unaware if it exists in the NEOGEO version.

Nice! For $3.00, I am willing to try out any random game! Just a shame they didn't put Metal Slug in with this deal.
