EA has announced that a Syndicate co-op demo will be arriving at the end of this month, where you'll be able take part in some hostile corporate takeover through one of the nine levels available in the game with 4 co-op partners.

The demo looks to have all the ultra-stylistic sci-fi, Deus Ex-y gameplay we've been seeing up until now, but part of me is concerned that the overall feel of the game may be diminished somewhat when you're suddenly no longer infiltrating alone and, instead, are running-and-gunning it with 4 other buddies.

Even the demo trailer below, for as coated in futuristic-buzz that it is, seems to have a much different personality from what we've been seeing so far. It almost reminds me of the difference between original Tron and Tron: Legacy. Much more style than substance in the latter.

Syndicate will be  released on February 21 in North America and February 24 in Europe for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

I'm interested. It's certainly no secret that Starbreeze Studios has a unique, fresh tone with their games, and so I would love to see that kind of aspect in this new IP.
